The Lincoln Home’s LobsterBake & More was a wonderful success, an evening filled with friends both new and old, community, residents, families of all ages, delicious lobsters, oysters, salads and blueberry cake on the banks of the Damariscotta River. The Sandy River Ramblers completed the evening with great Bluegrass music. We are grateful to our Lincoln Home Team of volunteers for all the hard work and preparation, and a huge thanks to Bruce Bachelder and his family for cooking and serving the lobsters. The Lincoln Home is a family of dedicated people, coming together to make a difference in the lives of residents each and every day.  The event was a fundraiser for the Resident’s Financial Assistance Fund. The Lincoln Home is a non-profit assisted living community that supports a vibrant lifestyle for seniors, and our Lincoln County community, and is located at 22 River Road, Newcastle.
