BELFAST — The City of Belfast wishes to remind voters of the three voting locations, including a new location, to cast your ballot for the state and local ballots.   Belfast residents can vote at the following locations:  Wards 1-2: Belfast Boathouse, 34 Commercial Street   Wards 3-4: The Tarratine Tribe, 153 Main Street
