The Pen Bay Council of the Mid-Coast Board of REALTORS announces its new leadership team for 2024. The official installation of the officers took place  at a recent event at the Cellardoor Winery in Lincolnville, overseen by Paul McKee, the incoming 2024 President of the Maine Association of REALTORS.

Sandy Cox – Recognized for Past Service 

Sandy Cox was honored for his tenure as Pen Bay Council of the Mid-Coast Board of REALTORS President during 2022 and 2023. Serving as a Broker at New England Real Estate Group in Camden and a member since 2003, Cox has been instrumental to the Council’s achievements. He will continue to contribute as Mid-Coast Board of REALTORS Treasurer for 2024 and 2025 and as Pen Bay Council of the Mid-Coast Board of REALTORS Past President in 2024.

Victoria Condon – New Leadership Vision

Victoria Condon, the incoming Pen Bay Council of the Mid-Coast Board of REALTORS President and Mid-Coast Board of REALTORS President-Elect for 2024, and Owner and Designated Broker at Dwelling in Maine, Camden, expresses her vision: “I am looking forward to collaboration among our council members and the greater Maine Association of REALTORS community. Our collective effort will drive us towards new heights of success, professional growth, and contributing back to the communities we live in and serve.”

Fletcher McNaboe – President-Elect

Fletcher McNaboe is set to assume the role of President-Elect of Pen Bay Council of the Mid-Coast Board of REALTORS for 2024. As the Designated Broker at City & Harbor Real Estate in Rockland, and a member since 2005, McNaboe – First Vice President

Cindy Harding will serve as the First Vice President of Pen Bay Council of the Mid-Coast Board of REALTORS for 2024. An Associate Broker with Dwelling in Maine, Camden, and a member since 2020, Harding is prepared to offer her unique insights and skills to the council.
