    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court April 19-25. 

    Sean C. Baker, 50, of Unity, operating under the influence in Palermo Oct. 18. 2018, dismissed. 

    Heather M. Pochop, 35, of Belfast, assault in Belfast May 9, 2022, $300 fine. 

    Christian M. Reid, 29, of Palermo, operating under the influence in Palermo Aug. 28, 2022, seven days in jail, license suspended for three years, registration suspended, and $700 fine.

    Andrew D. Webster, 53, of Monroe, theft by receiving stolen property in Searsport March 18, 2022, dismissed. 

    Thomas Miner, 32, of Unity, criminal mischief in Unity Nov. 13, 2022, dismissed. 

    Brandy L. Kimball, 40, of Freedom, endangering the welfare of a child in Montville Dec. 19, 2022, dismissed. 

    Nacoma P. Noomyenooneam, 26, of Belfast, domestic violence assault in Stockton Springs Dec. 30, 2022, dismissed; domestic violence terrorizing in Stockton Springs Dec. 30, 2022, dismissed. 

    Michael W. Embry, 24, of Palmyra, domestic violence assault in Unity June 21, nine months in jail with all but 48 hours suspended, and one year of probation. 

    Matthew C. Robinson, 43, of Winterport, operating under the influence in Stockton Springs Aug. 24, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; operating a vehicle without a license in Stockton Springs Aug. 24, dismissed. 

    Steven J. Manning, 59, of Ludlow, Vermont, violating a protection from abuse order in Belfast June 25, dismissed; harassment in Belfast June 25, dismissed; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Belfast June 25, $300 fine. 

    Sasha A. LaFlamme, 23, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Belfast Nov. 15, 10 days in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $600 fine; driving to endanger in Belfast Nov. 15, dismissed; assault in Belfast Nov. 15, 10 days in jail and $300 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast Nov. 15, 10 days in jail. 

    Cristin R. Harvey, 32, of Knox, violating a condition of release in Freedom Nov. 29, 96 hours in jail; attaching false plates in Brooks Nov. 28, $100 fine. 

    Haley G. Watkinson, 38, of Camden, operating under the influence in Northport Jan. 2, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; operating a vehicle without license (beyond conditions/restrictions) in Northport Jan. 2, dismissed. 

    Aaron Garvey, 44, of Thorndike, failure to comply with the Sex Offender Registry in Thorndike Sept. 25, 20 days in jail. 

    Leah M. Allen, 50, of Searsport, domestic violence assault in Belfast Feb. 6, dismissed; criminal mischief in Belfast Feb. 6, $200 fine. 

    Gabriel J. Palmer, 22, of Montville, reckless conduct in Liberty Nov. 18, dismissed. 

    Kirk D. Grant, 52, of Searsport, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Searsport Feb. 10, 60 days in jail with all suspended and one year of administrative release; domestic violence terrorizing in Searsport Feb. 10, dismissed. 

    Shae Garton, 36, of Swanville, domestic violence assault in Belfast Feb. 14, dismissed; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Belfast Feb. 14, $250 fine. 

    Neil Warren, 36, of Swanville, failing to report in Belfast Feb. 9, dismissed. 

    Richard L. Gamblin, 52, of Newport, operating while license suspended or revoked in Unity Dec. 11, dismissed. 

    Thomas A. Thomas II, 48, of Thorndike, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Northport Jan. 2, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Northport Jan. 2, seven days in jail.

    Kare Randall, 25, of Houston, Texas, aggravated criminal trespass in Freedom March 5, dismissed; two counts of assault in Freedom March 5, both dismissed; failing to provide correct name, address, or date-of-birth in Freedom March 5, dismissed.
