Thomas College's second annual Dirty Dog Mud Run registration open
WATERVILLE — Registration is now open for Thomas College's second annual Dirty Dog Mud Run, which will take place April 17 on the College's campus.
Community members are encouraged to join Thomas students, staff, faculty and alumni to be a part of the only Mud Run scheduled in Central Maine!
With 5k of mud, tire flips, wall climbing, cargo net climbing, and MORE MUD, this event should prove to be fun for all with finishing being the main focus. Challenge your friends, create a team, or just make it a personal challenge — however you want — just run it!
"We are excited to open registration for the 2016 Dirty Dog Mud Run. In our second year we hope to grow from our amazing success of 300 participates in 2015," said Jim Delorie, Director of Recreation and Intramural Programs at Thomas in a news release. "This mud run is for everyone of all abilities and is great fun at the same time."
The run will start at 9 a.m. A kids' obstacle course will take place at 11 a.m. Registration is $15 for Alumni, $5 for kids and $30 for Community members until Feb. 1 then it will be $40. Proceeds will help support the Thomas College Recreation Department.
